Are you experiencing and issue with the Navionics Store processing your payment information when placing an order? We apologize for any inconvenience.
Most issues with credit card processing has to do with the listed billing address. The billing address listed must be the correct one for the credit card being used.
When going through the purchase process, before placing your order the Payment & Summary section will show a checked box indicating your billing and shipping addresses are the same.
To change the billing address, remove the check mark in the box by clicking on it. If you receive a drop-down, select "New Address". Either way, you will be required to enter a new billing address. Then click on the Update button to save the changes.
Once you have entered the correct billing information, try placing your order again using the Place Order button.
