Account Log In error

Unexpected Error

If you receive this message “Unexpected Error” when trying to login into your Navionics account on your mobile device, you will have to allow Third Party Cookies in your browser.


1) Safari browser - MOBILE

On your mobile device, enter in your iOS Settings > Safari and scroll down.
Disable the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" option

Return to the Safari page at Navionics.com
Now login with your email address and the new password.




2) Safari browser - DESKTOP

On your desktop, open the Safari web browser and go to the top menu Safari > Preferences > Privacy 
Disable "Prevent cross-site tracking"

3) Chrome browser - DESKTOP

On your desktop, open the Chrome web browser and go to the settings page (you can type chrome://settings/ in your Chrome address bar)
Click on "Site Settings" > "Cookies"
Disable "Block third-parties cookies"

Return to the Chrome page at Navionics.com
Now login with your email address and the new password.



Check Spam/Junk folder

After adjusting the web browser settings, check if the Reset Your Password link has been sent to your Spam/Junk folder.


Navionics (a Garmin company) and Garmin now share the same account.

In case you also have a Garmin account (Garmin Connect, myGarmin, ...) that uses the same email address as your Navionics account, make sure to use the password you use to access your Garmin account
